  2. Reflect on 2015. What was great? What needs improvement? What are your goals for 2016? What changes are needed to achieve your goals?
  3. Schedule your training. There can be many schedule stressors this time of year. Ensure time for yourself!
  4. Thank your training partners and coaches. Accountability wouldn’t be the same without them.
  5. Try something new. Yoga class, nutrition webinar, strength training, etc. Anything that will aid in motivation yet deviate from normal training rigors.
