- Schedule your training. There can be many schedule stressors this time of year. Ensure time for yourself!
- Thank your training partners and coaches. Accountability wouldn’t be the same without them.
- Try something new. Yoga class, nutrition webinar, strength training, etc. Anything that will aid in motivation yet deviate from normal training rigors.
