Coach CEU

Coach CEU

Triathlon Biking Event

The visiting coach or CEU program is designed to provide triathlon leaders an opportunity to further develop coaching skills through direct, hands-on coaching experience with real athletes.

Although we welcome all USAT Certified Coaches, space is limited at each camp.

Coach CEU Camps

Adult Camp / Clinic

Coaches spend 2 full days helping adult athletes of all levels through skills camps focusing on practical development and information sharing.

Limited to four (4) coaches on a first come – first served basis.

For additional information on this program, visit TriEnduranceSolutions

Youth and Junior Camp / Clinic

This is an awesome opportunity to be a part of a USAT National Camp. Due to the enormous interest, we now have an application process for the 4 positions available.  We are specifically looking for coaches who are USAT certified, are currently working with youth multisport athletes and are willing to be team players during the week. (See form below).

If interested, please complete the APPLICATION FORM by April 15. Coaches chosen will be notified by April 20 and confirmation of your acceptance must be made by May 1st with a $200 non-refundable deposit. The remainder may be paid upon arrival at the camp.

Skills Camp CEU Application

Fields marked with an * are required

What to Expect from joining the Skills Camp Experience

  • A staff of coaches who are interested in assisting you and developing your knowledge of youth development. We guarantee each individual will have an inspiring experience with fantastic information to take home.
  • Housing, meals and any transportation during the camp are included
  • Direct interaction with staff coaches and participants of the camp
  • Nightly sessions to review the days activities, answer questions and discuss the schedule for the following day schedule
  • 10 USAT CEUs for attending

What we expect from attending coaches

  • The cost of the camp for mentor coaches is $600. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your position.
  • Arrival and attendance at a mandatory coach meeting Monday, the first day of camp, at 10:30a. At that time we will review specifics of the camp schedule and give a tour of the campus.
  • Willingness to observe and support staff coaches. This is a mentor opportunity not lead coach position.
  • Absolutely no recruitment of athletes will be tolerated. These athletes may or may not be affiliated with teams but our job is to instruct and guide them- not obtain them for team positions. We understand athletes may be interested in learning more about a particular group and that is ok as long as the athlete initiates the interaction.
  • An open mind, enthusiastic energy, and an expectation of a fun-filled week with a dynamic group of young athletes.
